I have a something

For ARC magazine, a publication of the Royal College of Art, I made an experimental work. I was researching how people recognise the meaning of a text at the time. I decided to take a famous text, Dr. Martin Luther’s speech, and remove all of the unique nouns that it contained. I replaced them with words like “something” and “somewhere”.

Royal College of Artでの既存のテキストを扱って意味を再構築するプロジェクトでの作品。オリジナルの文章にはキング牧師の演説を採用し、その中の全ての固有名詞を取り除き、本文は、”something”、 “somewhere”等の単語と動詞のみで構成されている。
